Will Rogers State Beach is located off the Pacific Coast Highway, near the intersection with Temescal Canyon Road. Our Surfing Events are held on the beach, next to Lifeguard Tower 16, at the south end of the main lot. First time volunteers need to arrive at 8:30a, returning volunteers arrive at 9:00a, the kids arrive at 10:00a. We will be completed and off the beach by 3:00p.
